CAREER PATH
Philippe has over 30 years of experience in international business development within major industrial groups such as Thales and SUEZ, across the strategic sectors of defense and the environment.
Throughout his career, he has led complex international projects involving industrial and institutional partnerships, successfully negotiating contracts ranging from several million to hundreds of millions of euros. These responsibilities have developed his aptitude to operate in demanding technological environments requiring close coordination between industrial players, public institutions, and international partners.
Having spent more than 15 years abroad, notably in Singapore and Turkey, he has contributed to the development of activities in new international markets, the structuring of local operations, and the leadership of multicultural teams across diverse economic environments, particularly in Asia and emerging markets such as China, India, South Korea, and South Africa.
Today, he remains actively involved in the European innovation and defense ecosystem. He acts as a Business Angel and project instructor within Defense Angels, of which he is one of the early members. He is also a mentor within the EUDIS (European Defence Innovation Scheme) program, a European Commission initiative supporting innovation in the defense sector.
Philippe is involved in several European innovation and entrepreneurial mentoring initiatives, particularly within Erasmus+ programs, aimed at strengthening the capabilities of entrepreneurs and innovative SMEs at an international level. In addition, LANEGO is engaged as a partner in projects funded by the European Defense Fund (EDF), reflecting its commitment to advancing strategic innovation across Europe.
LANEGO is also a member of Aerospace Valley and GICAN, a leading European competitiveness cluster in the aeronautics, space, and defense sectors and the professional organization representing the naval defense industry and maritime security stakeholders, respectively.
